Our form starts with an "opt in/opt out" question. If the user opts out, how can we immediately direct users to a thank you page? (ie exit the survey)

Hello Erin,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Setting a condition to submit the form automatically based on conditions is not an available feature. What you can do is to hide the fields and set condition to hide all fields and as well as the submit button and show a message using Paragraph Element that they can already leave the form. Here is an example form:
If this works, for you, here is how you can do it:
- In the Form Builder, add all the fields you need for your Survey.
- And then add the add conditions. You can see this under the orange navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on Conditions on the left of the page and then click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
- Add the necessary condition to hide the selected fields and show the Paragraph Element for your message to the form user, and then click on Save:
Feel free to clone and test my example form.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
