This appears to be out of date and no longer possible?

    Hi Westside Transportation Alliance,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you trying to create a Mailchimp Integration for a form to create groups for you or form users to select from? What particular part of the guide seems to be not working for you, or found as outdated? What are the things that you're experiencing in relation to Mailchimp and Jotform, and how does it relate to the guide? Can you share more details about it, and explain more about your question so we can have a better understanding of it, and on how to help?

It would also help if you can share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us. Although I don't see a form in your account, are you intending on creating one, or have another you're currently working on? If yes, can you share with us the form's link or URL so we can check it for you? It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
