    Hi ksufin3,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you give us more details about your concern regarding your subscription? What appears on our end is your account is scheduled for downgrade due to exceeding Monthly Usage limits. The relevant team has been informed about this, and you'll get an update once they look into it.

    In case that this is not what you're referring to, give user more details about this concern. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Yes, i have reached the monthly payment submissions , but i don't want to upgrade to enterprise plan now, i can't afford the fees. i want to increase payment submissions and to complete the pilot program, then we will decide if we want to take enterprise plan.

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to increase your Monthly Payment Submissions. You need to wait until your monthly limit resets, which usually happens every 1st of each month, or upgrade your account to Enterprise plan.
