How to edit the Sender Email in Autoresponder Email

    How do I change the name that precedes noreply@jotform.com in emails sent to submitters

    Hi leonnajman,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You might be referring to the Sender Name. That's the name that appears before the default sender email address. Just like the example below, the word 'Jotform' appears before <noreply@jotform.com>:

    In the Autoresponder Email, you have the option to enter the Sender Name, but in the Notification Email, you can only pick from the form fields. Let me show you where to change it:

    1. On the Form Builder, go to the Settings at the top navigation bar.

    2. Open the Emails tab on the left, and then open the Autoresponder Email.

    3. Go to the Recipients tab, you can enter your desired sender name under the Sender Name section.

    4. Make sure to click on the Save button to finish.

    It's the same section when you change the Sender Email for the Notification email. The only difference is instead of a text box, it will let you select the form fields from the dropdown. Visit also our guide on how to create Autoresponder and Notification email.
