Import button is not working

when I click on the Import Submissions Now button, nothing happens.

I tried to access the link and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

I just heard back from our Developers and was advised that the issue should now be fixed. You can try to access the link again to import your data.
