Good afternoon.
We used to be able to exit out of forms and had the option to save as a draft. Now we are only getting the option of sending the draft to email. Our employees use these forms on tablets in our warehouse and do not have access to the emails.
How can we go back to the way it used to be when we were able to hit the back button and save as a draft that would still show up in the tablets?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share us the link of your form so we can take a look? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
We also have a guide on How to Enable Save and Continue Later on Forms that you can check out.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Here is the link to the form. I just tried it on the tablet and it still does not give us the option to "Discard or Save as Draft". I have save and continue enabled on all forms.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:
Can you try to do a test submission on your live form to see if the issue persists? If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
