How to select the image value to use in the workflow?

    The user can select an image, the workflow is to send them a resource according to the image they select in the form! But when I started creating the workflow I do not have any way to determine what image the person choose as an If/Else

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You cannot select the image directly in the workflow, but you can enter the label name used in your form as the value. For example, in your form, the three images refer to a digital resource, and each one has the labels: Due_Diligence, First_3_Steps_Startup, and Master_Reactivation. Where you see the VALUE field in the workflow, you can enter one of those labels. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Is this the resolution? I have to select the branch again in the line....

    Based on the first screenshot you shared, it looks like the issue was due to a branch not being selected, which is necessary for the workflow fields to connect properly. It seems that you have already resolved this in the second screenshot.
