Hello
We do have this volunteer form and HR attached a document to the candidate but we realized the user its not getting the attachment. Could you please help us to have a look on the task to see if anything else is missing please

Hi hazelthomas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After further checking, I've found that the email is from the workflow after the task is completed. Check out my screenshot below:
There's no attachment from that email because you haven't added the File Upload field in the Email Content. Check out my screencast below:
- In Workflow Builder, click on the Envelope icon of the Email element under the Task element.
- In the Email Content, click on Form Fields and select the File Upload field that you want to add.
- Click on Save.
