Our release forms just stopped allowing photo uploads of ID cards and not allowing submission without that section complete. Nothing has changed on our end. We just found out yesterday evening.
https://www.truebluetattoo.com/forms/piercing-consent/
Photo size is not huge, photo format is still the same, everything is exactly the same as before this problem arose.
Please help
Thanks,
True Blue Tattoo
Charles

Hi Adrian
It seems like the "This Field is Required" Alert is up before and after attempting to upload the photos. I was able to attach a pic from my laptop and fill out entire form on laptop and submit.
But on phone, which all of our clients use, the pic doesn't appear, the alert "field Required" stays lit, and the "I'm not a robot captcha will not let me check the box... so unable to submit form from phones.
Any luck on your end?

Hi Charles,
I tested the form through a clone but could not replicate the issue. See screencast below:
Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Charles,
Just checking if you still need any more help? If the issue still persists, can you allow since the form is embedded to a web, you can also try to re-embed the form using iFrame method. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the iFrame method option and click on Copy Code.
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
