Import submission app doesn't work

    We are attempting to use the import data tool. When we click "import submissions now" this morning, it is not opening the tool for further use. This has been attempted from multiple devices and locations.

    Hi Marshali,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    When we click the below button, it turns dark for a moment indicating it has been clicked but nothing happens. We have confirmed there is not a pop up blocker preventing use.Import submission app doesnt work Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I checked the link and was able to replicate the issue. It seems that the app doesn't load.

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
