Autoresponder email: Send an email 15, 10 and 5 days before the birthday

Please assist me further if I need the notification 15 days, 10 days, or 5 days before. Kindly share the process.

I understand you'd like to know how to send reminder emails 15, 10, or 5 days before a specific date. It will just be the same process my colleague has shared, only we have to add Date Picker fields for each reminder day you want to send out a notification email. Let me walk you through it:

First, you'll need to add Date Picker fields for each reminder day you want to implement (15 days before, 10 days before, and 5 days before).

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left side of the page.
2. Scroll down the Basic tab then click on the Date Picker field to add it to your form. Add three Date Picker fields for notification emails to be sent out 15 days before, 10 days before and 5 days before the birth date. Label the fields.

Then, we'll set up Update/Calculate Field conditions to calculate each of these dates based on the value of the Birthday field:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
2. Click on Conditions on the left.
3. Select Update/Calculate Field from the options.
4. Add the conditions as you see below to calculate the dates 15, 10, and 5 days before the birthday, similar to the example provided earlier for calculating one day before. Click on Save once done.

Next, set up Autoresponder Emails for each reminder and schedule them accordingly:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them. Add a custom Email Subject for each reminder email. 
5. Next, go to the Advanced tab.
6. Under Send Email Later, select the corresponding Date Picker field for each reminder (e.g., the Date Picker field for 15 days before the birthday).
7. Click Save.
8. Repeat the process for the 10 days before and 5 days before.
