Hi! I have been loving Jotform and all its features.I've only had one issue so far... is the lag! It's honestly pretty bad to the point where it gets difficult to navigate the home page / form builder and spreadsheet. I'd really like the company to try and start integrating Jotforms but cannot commit if the website runs very slow.I have spoken to your chat bot and have tried resetting my computer, clearing cache, changing the browser and even trying a different location and network- and yet the performance still seems to be very slow.Could you let me know if there is anything to do to fix this?

I understand you're experiencing significant lag when navigating Jotform's website, form builder, and spreadsheet, despite trying various troubleshooting steps. I have tested it on my end, but I couldn't encounter any lagging issues right now when using Jotform. I can also confirm that there is no issue with the Jotform server, and you can view our server status from here: Jotform Status. Could you try to connect to a different network? Then, try to access Jotform again.
Here are some steps I would also suggest to solve this problem:
- Clear your browser cache. This guide should help you clear your browser cache.
- Once the browser cache is cleared, please click on this URL to sign in to your Jotform account.
