    Hi There,

I have a question regarding a PDF I uploaded into Jotform and I wanted the form to match the format of that is in the PDF I uploaded. I wanted the person filling out the form to be able to put a "check mark" in the area that it relates to. For example with the below snip it, "Backup lights and alarm" I want the individual to be able to check off one of the columns. Please let me know how to do this without changing the format of this table.

    Hi Brett,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To fill your Tables on your Original PDF, you will need to add an Input Table element on your Form, and add all the questions. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the + Add Form Elements button in the top left side of the screen.
    2. Under the Basic tab, select the Input Table element and add it to the form.
    3. Finally, configure the Input Table and map it with your Original PDF.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Good morning,

How many elements can be added? When I tried for the table you can only have a certain amount?

    Hi Brett,

Are you referring to the number of rows and columns that can be added in the Input Tables? If so, there's no specific limit for adding rows or columns in the Input Table element, and I was able to add more rows and columns without any issues. Check out the screenshot below:

If you're referring to the Input Table element itself, you can always add another Input Table to your form. Otherwise, could you clarify what you're referring to?

Let us know if you need any more help.
