i am getting over quota messages but it doesn't look like i am over quota

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your account and currently, its status is Active. I also checked out your form, and I was able to access it without any issues, as shown in the screenshot.
Could you try accessing your form using a different browser or incognito? If the issue doesn't persists, I would suggest clearing your browser cache.
