Is there a way to search for an email address on a form but searching across all forms instead of opening each one up at a time? We have a bunch of forms open right now and it is a pain to have to open each one up one at a time to search.

Hi OrdersForms,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to search for a specific data (e.g., email address) across all forms and their submission data. Since each form is treated as a unique and individual form, any information in it will only be available within the form itself, whether it's the fields, form info, or submission data, among other things. So to search for a specific data, even if they might be available to multiple forms, still needs to be searched per form.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
