How to insert image inside the File Upload field

I hope you're doing well.

I’m reaching out because I’d like to add an example image directly within the photo upload field on one of my forms. The goal is to show users a visual reference of the type of photo they should upload.

I tried inserting the image inside the File Upload field, but it seems only text is allowed there.

Is there any way to embed or display an image inside that field or around it, so users don’t have to refer to a separate step or page?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don't have an option to add a Preview image in the File Upload field. You can add an image field on top of the File Upload field page. Just like the screenshot you shared as a workaround.
