Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, there was no associated account with the email address you used to post this ticket. You mentioned you were able to log in to your account. You're referring to another email address, perhaps? What you can do is log in to your Jotform account, and then you can make a request on our Contact page to change your email address. You need to create the request using your Jotform account so we'll be able to confirm that the account owner is the one making the request. Currently, the thread you made is under a guest account, so we can't verify if you're the account owner.
