Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the username or email address in question associated with your Jotform account so we can check it for you? Note that even if you don't have direct access to your email account, you should still be able to log into your Jotform account, as the process works differently and separately. But if the system asks you to authenticate the account, then it is necessary that you have access to the email account, which is something we also recommend.
For us to continue, we'd like to know what the account is first, have it check, and proceed from there so we can find options to help you.
