We need the PDF url in Zapier, we get the attachments URLs but the PDF itself is missing

We are trying to use Zapier but we get all the answers and the attachments but the PDF itself is missing. It makes no sense. What is the purpose of the integration if you leave the PDF missing? We ask for 2 files during the survey and we get those URLs but the PDF itself is missing and we need it, can you fix it?

Hello Juan! Kindly note that the PDF File URL is not sent with the submissions to Zapier but you can construct it yourself on Zapier itself and pass it further to any app.

Format of every PDF File is: https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid=[submission-id]&formID=[form-id]

The values Submission ID and Form ID are available in Zapier. By using the above URL format and using the value placeholders, you can create your Submission PDF URL and then use it.

For example, I created a Zap that creates a text file in Dropbox. I prepare the Submission PDF link in the text file (as you can see in the screenshot below):

In the same format, you can prepare your PDF File link and pass it to the integrated app.
