Hi there,
I checked your email notifications, and it appears there's a warning message saying the Attachment document is missing. Try deleting the current notification email and adding a new notification email. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Next, click Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Now, select Notification 1 and click on Gear Icon.
- Then, click on Delete to remove the Email Notification.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let me show you how to do it:
- In your Form Builder, go to Settings on the orange navigation.
- Next, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Lastly, select +Add Emails and click Notification Email.
After that, enable attach PDF document in your email notification. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Now, select Email Notification 1 and click on Pencil Icon.
- Then, go to Advanced Tab.
- Lastly, click on Toggle Button to enable the Attachment PDF.
