Attachment Document is Missing

    Hi there,

    I checked your email notifications, and it appears there's a warning message saying the Attachment document is missing. Try deleting the current notification email and adding a new notification email. Let me show you how to do it: 

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Next, click Emails on the left side of the screen.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In your Form Builder, go to Settings on the orange navigation.
    2. Next, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

    After that, enable attach PDF document in your email notification. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Next, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

    4. Then, go to Advanced Tab.
