Jotform Academy: video and audio not in sync

    I'm trying to do the Jotform Foundations in the Jotform Academy. The video and audio desynchronize. I have to close my browser and log in again after every video. I'm four videos into the second Course, and I don't know if it's on my end or on yours or what's going on. I've tried on two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) and it happens in both places. I don't know what is going on with it, and I am getting extremely frustrated with it. Help?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is this the part you're referring to:

    I tried it on my end and the audio and video are in sync. I'm using both Mozilla and Chrome. Can you try using Incognito if that resolves it? If it does, try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser or use another device and see if it makes a difference.
