Chelsea HaukomAsked on April 15, 2025 at 3:34 PMI tried to update the email address associated with my Jotform account, but instead, it created a new account with my new email. I want to update the email that my forms are sent to. I have access to my email, but it says the new email address is already associated with a Jotform account.
