I have created a 25-item survey using binary forced statements. There are a total of six "Vibes" which include: Energizer, Connector, Trailblazer, Beacon, Steward, and Navigator. Based on the user's responses, each vibe should have a total score.
However, I don't seem to be able to get the conditioning or calculation correct. Can you please direct me? Thanks so much!
David

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. I checked your conditions and it seems like there's a lot why the calculations are not working. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
However, the setup you have right now won’t work because some of the conditions are conflicting. As a workaround, you can give each answer its own Form Calculation widget so we can add the scores based on the selected options. It's really easy to add this to your form. Let me show you how:
- While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, scroll down the list and choose the Form Calculation widget.
- Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
- Click the Gear icon and go to Advanced tab to enable the Hide Field option.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Update/Calculate Field.
4. Set the conditions like you see below:
Then you can set up your Energizer score calculation like this:
Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the quick response, Ronald. I finished completing the conditions. It seems my problem is with the Form Calculation Widget. Is this where my problem is?

Hi David,
I checked your form and can see that all conditions with missing field errors are now fixed.
Since you've already taken action on your form's conditions and added the widget, I can't exactly determine what's causing the issue. It could be because of the form calculation widget's added, or it could be because of the conditions mentioned by my colleague. On the other hand, can you confirm if your form is now working after fixing the conditions? If not, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
