Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’d like to clarify, are you trying to log in to your Jotform account using your email, or are you expecting to receive email notifications from form submissions and not receiving them?
I checked the email address you used to contact us, AspenMcMillan@HonestyHeels.com, and found it’s only linked to a Guest account, which is temporary and only allows one-time access. If you're trying to log in, that may be why it's not working.
If you have another email address that may have been used to create a full Jotform account, feel free to share it with us so we can check. But if your account has a paid subscription, you can provide the following details to help us search:
- Last payment amount
- Last transaction date
- Last 4 digits and expiration date of the card
- Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- If you paid via PayPal, your PayPal email address
