Hello,
One of my Jotforms requires approval by a co-worker in the approval flow. Normally she just signs in with the email associated with the approval flow, however when she went to do so last night, Jotform said "access denied" and she was prevented from logging in. Can you help me resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Access Denied error occurs when the form is accessed using an email or account that isn’t authorized. To fix this, the approver should first log in to their authorized Jotform account in a separate tab before opening the approval email. If the issue persists, they can try clearing their browser cache or using a different browser or device to check if that resolves the problem.
Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, can you share with us the email address of the approver and if possible a screen recording of what’s happening so we can check it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
