Hi, I'm trying to setup a input table / maintenance check list for my tech.
1, fields are OK, Needs attention, notes
RAdio Radio text
2, I'd like all the needs attention to populate in a follow up field, so when they perform the work it gets checked off (again)
3, if that's not possible with input table, is there another option I can use, I don't want to spend hours building someting just to find out it won't work.
4 I also can't make this complicated, if I have to many steps then my guys won't follow it.
thank you

Hi mringstrom12,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help with setting up your input table and maintenance checklist for your tech team. To clarify, your request to have fields with options like OK, Needs attention, and Notes using radio buttons and text, and then automatically populating all Needs attention items into a follow-up field that can be checked off after work is done, this specific automation is not directly possible within a single input table element in Jotform.
Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

thanks for you reply,
this is what I need,
1 A technician that can go through the different tasks, check either a pass or no pass (add a note)
2, after they are finished, all the no pass goes into the next page where they can start the work.
basically a inspection page, then a work page.
otherwise it makes no sense to have this for us.
It would be diffent if the work was completed another day, but for us, we check, then work, then submit.
the best I could come up with is this, https://www.jotform.com/build/251027044674049
but there's got to be a better way, no?
thanks

Hi Mathias,
Thanks for waiting. I looked into your request about using the Input Table to flag items marked as Required Action and automatically list them on a follow-up page. Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible within Jotform's conditional logic, as it doesn’t allow showing follow-up fields based on individual row selections from an Input Table with radio buttons.
I understand how useful this feature would be, and I agree it would streamline your process a lot. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
