Creating Pre-hire assessments form

Hello to whom it concerns, I'm reaching out to see if there is a way that we can create pre hire assessments we can send out after an applicant is considered?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can use Jotform to create pre-hire assessments and send them to applicants once they have been considered. Let me walk you through it:

Create your assessment form: You can create a form that includes questions and evaluation criteria you want to ask the applicant. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Create Form button in the upper left side of the panel.
2. Select the Start From Scratch option in the Create a Form window, and you will be redirected to the Form Builder panel.
3. Then, select which Classic Form option in the Select form layout window.

Use Jotform Workflows: You can create a Workflow to assign follow-up forms. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar and select the Workflow tab on the left side menu.
2. Hover your mouse over and click on the +Create Workflow button.
3. Then, set up your workflow and assign a follow-up form.

You can customize the email in the Workflow settings and track applicant submissions and scores using Jotform Inbox or Tables. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Dropdown Arrow beside the Form Builder on the upper left side of the panel.
2. Select the Tables for Jotform Table and select Inbox for Jotform Inbox.
