What happened to the Jotform Agent that presents PPTS?

I created one yesterday. The jotform menu indicated "New". Now

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please provide more details about the issue you are experiencing with the agent or the form? Can you also take a reference screenshot, and send it to us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Its a simple question. Can Jotform create agents that present slides from
with in the jotform agent. As I said, yesterday I found an item on the
Jotform menu that read NEW. It was an agent that presented a premade
slideshow. It worked and I embeded it on my site. I came back today to try
it again, and the option is gone. Just a simple answer will do.

I checked our AI Agent documentation, but I can't find an option to use the AI agent to present a slide or a PowerPoint presentation. You can check our help guides here to view all possible options that you can do using the AI agent. If you think you have used this feature, can you send us a screenshot of the setup you made so we can check? You can follow the steps provided by my colleague on how to send it here.

I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
