Hello,
Is it possible to merge different submissions from the same form into one PDF if they have the same project number? For example, I have a quality control form. It has 6 different QC stages and each stage has it's own conditional values. We collect one QC stage per submission. So one Project should technically have 6 submissions because we have 6 different QC Stages. I was wondering if it's possible to take these 6 individual submissions and merge them into one PDF, only showing the fields that get populated in each form. Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks!Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/250964586289172 -

Hi Danish,
Yes, this is possible by using our Merge PDF Tool. But First, I suggest filtering your submission based on Project Number and download them. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Tables, click on Filter on the upper left side of the page.
- Set up the filter like the one below and click on Apply Filter.
Here's the result:
After downloading the submissions, you can now merge them. Let's do this:
- Open the Merge PDF Tool.
- Click on Choose PDF and upload your 1st PDF, or drag and drop the PDF at the center of the page and click on Merge PDF.
- Upload the other PDFs and click on Merge PDF on the upper right side of the page.
- Click on Download PDF.
Here's the result:
