How to merge PDF submissions

    Hello,

Is it possible to merge different submissions from the same form into one PDF if they have the same project number? For example, I have a quality control form. It has 6 different QC stages and each stage has it's own conditional values. We collect one QC stage per submission. So one Project should technically have 6 submissions because we have 6 different QC Stages. I was wondering if it's possible to take these 6 individual submissions and merge them into one PDF, only showing the fields that get populated in each form. Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks!

    Hi Danish,

Yes, this is possible by using our Merge PDF Tool. But First, I suggest filtering your submission based on Project Number and download them. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Tables, click on Filter on the upper left side of the page.
    2. Set up the filter like the one below and click on Apply Filter. How to merge PDF submissions Image 1 Screenshot 50
