Yes, there's a way that you will be notified when someone starts chatting with your AI Agent. You can Download and install Jotform Mobile Forms on your device. Once downloaded, log in and turn on the Allow notifications in your device settings. Let me show you how:

1. Go to settings, scroll down, and click Apps.
2. Look for Jotform and click on it.
3. Click on Notifications and turn on the Allow notifications. Customize the way you want to be notified.

When someone starts chatting with your AI Agent, you will receive a notification on your device. You also need to ensure that your phone isn't set to silent mode or do not disturb. Take a look at the screenshot below:

We are not using a mobile phone. We want the notification to be sent out via email because we want it to be sent to a custom email and do other setup like slack automation, Zapier setup, etc.

Currently, Jotform’s AI Agent does not offer a built-in feature to automatically send email notifications the moment someone starts chatting with the bot.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
