This is super confusing for someone putting a request for order input but not being able to select 0. If I have a different input field, how do I get the image next to the input quantity in a clean way.

Hi Ruth,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to set zero as the default quantity of your products. This is to prevent products from being selected with zero quantity, and without a payment being made. As long as the tickbox is not checked for the product, it will not be added to the order regardless of the quantity indicated.
Alternatively, you can use other basic fields, Assign calculation Values, and Perform Calculations using a widget. Let me show you How to Assign Calculation Values to your field options:
- In Form Builder, click on your Single Choice field, and on the Gear icon next to it.
- Next, click on the Options tab on the right.
- Enable the Calculation Values and indicate the values for each option.
The calculation values can be used not only with Single Choice field but with other fields also, such as Dropdown, and Multiple Choice element. Next, it's also possible to use the Form Calculation widget to perform calculations with these Values. They can also be combined with Number fields. Let me show you an example:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and under the Widgets tab, click on the Form Calculation widget.
- Next, click the Add Field button to add fields in your calculation, and use the Mathematical operators to perform your calculation.
- Click on the Save button and that's it.
Here's an example of how it would work:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
