Hello
i. have been trying to get zapier to see the esign i hve created in jotform.
I have gone through it with your support ai but the esign form just does not appear forme to select as the form to use.
i have tried with google sheets as the trigger as well as one of my jotforms as the trigger and still no result when the next step is jotform - create submission. all my forms are there but no esign that i have. created.
Pleae advise

Hi Lance,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's presently not possible to connect Zapier with your signed document. Zapier can only be connected in regular form. As a workaround, you can consider converting your signed document into regular form using our Smart PDF Builder, then connect it with Zapier. Let me walk you through the steps:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
3. Now, upload your PDF file.
4. Add the necessary fields and customize them using the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. Check out the screencast below to see how to do that:
