Hi there,
After extensive testing, it seems there may be an issue with your API tokens. I’m trying to create a Webhook using Zapier but consistently receive the error message below.
I’ve reviewed the documentation and forum posts and believe everything has been set up correctly on my end. Could you please confirm if there are any known issues related to API tokens or authorisations at the moment?

Hi Amelia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested Zapier and was not able to replicate the issue you described. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
It seems that your issue is happening due to the privacy settings. To stop our system from asking you to login to see your submission, you just need to disable the requirement to Login to see submissions. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:
- Login to your Jotform account, and with your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
- In the dropdown, click on Settings.
- In the column on the left, click to the Security ta.
- Finally, uncheck the box next to Require Log-in to See Submissions under the Privacy section.
That's it. Now, you should no longer get an error message on Zapier.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
