    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you elaborate on the help you need with your account? I see that your account presently is in a good standing. If you need to clone an existing form, you'll need to make sure that the target form's creator/account had disabled "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users" settings. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. Click on your profile picture at the top-right of your page.
    2. Click on Settings from the available dropdown.
    3. Click on Security at the left sidebar.
    4. Uncheck Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.

    If the form's creator had this setting turn on, unfortunately, it isn't possible to clone the form.
