Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you elaborate on the help you need with your account? I see that your account presently is in a good standing. If you need to clone an existing form, you'll need to make sure that the target form's creator/account had disabled "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users" settings. Let me walk you through the steps:
- Click on your profile picture at the top-right of your page.
- Click on Settings from the available dropdown.
- Click on Security at the left sidebar.
- Uncheck Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.
If the form's creator had this setting turn on, unfortunately, it isn't possible to clone the form.
