Hi there
I have tried to sign up for jotform as a new user but it tells me my email address is already linked to an account.
I then try to reset password but then dont receive a reset email.
Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking our records, we were unable to locate a Jotform account associated with the email address you used in this support ticket. It’s possible that the account was registered using a different email address or that a typo was made when signing up.
If you have any other email addresses you might have used, can you share them with us so we can take another look? Alternatively, if you’re trying to create a new account, you can do so by visiting our Sign Up page.
