Consistent field across multiple entries?

Hi. I'm building a form to capture leads at tradeshows. I'd like the sales person to fill out their name and the tradeshow they're at on the first day, and then have the form consistently remember that info for several days each time they submit a new submission. The rest of the customer information changes, but the trade show name and sales person name will remain the same across the submissions. Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. To prefill the form with data, there are multiple ways. You can create Prefilled Forms or create Prefilled URLs. Unfortunately, it's not clear what the form is and how you want it to work. Could you give us more details about your request?
