I would like to create a form for internal use at my company.
We have a very large list of inventory parts and my warehouse employees manually create pick sheets as they pull parts for distribution to other departments.
I'd like to create a form that allows them to enter in a part number from the parts list and have the other fields populate for that item (such as description, vendor, material grade etc) automatically. I was successful with this using the "spreadsheet to form" widget, but I can only do one item per form submission. The Spreadsheet to Form widget does what I need, but I need to know how to make multiple entries from the same spreadsheet onto one form. This would then send a list of all of the pulled inventory parts to the emails I need it to go to much faster. Is this something that is possible?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to use multiple Spreadsheet to Form widget per form. To ensure that it wouldn't conflict with each other, your uploaded excel file must have unique column headers, and the fields in your form must also have unique field labels. This way, the first spreadsheet to form widget will not write on the field that's supposed to be for the second Spreadsheet to Form widget.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
