    I would like to talk to sales about use-case scenarios for Salesforce automation and bi-directional integration.

    To help you more with it, you can share with us the form's link or URL in question where you want to use Salesforce with. It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.

This is to make sure you'll have a fully registered Jotform account, so you can use all the available features for it. Visit our website and click on Sign Up For Free to start.

    I would love to speak to sales about pricing for the specific healthcare use case scenarios as I need it to present to my client for implementation as part of my business case tomorrow.

    Right now, I do not know how much full automation of Jotform in Salesforce would cost, and what would be a cost of the overall solution as I need it to be HIPAA compliant. I was able to speak to a sales person in several of your competitors.

    We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page.

    You can integrate Salesforce into the form using a Free Jotform account. Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions. As for the HIPAA-compliant account, it is only available to the Gold Level. You can check our pricing page for more information.

    Hi Jan,

    YES, this is circular argument -

    1) I looked at your pricing site and saw the tiers and also there is a note that for enterprise level I should contact sales by submitting a form, which is what I did and you are telling me to go look at the page that told me to contact sales in the first place.
    2) Yes, I have previously watched your short videos of how to connect salesforce. Before I contacted you…. And you are telling me to go watch the same videos that led me to submitting a contact form in the first place.

    So, as I am understand the repeated responses I am getting from different team members on your site, unless it’s on your video page and on the website pricing page you don’t provide live support. That is a helpful datapoint.

    I am interested in moving a healthcare enterprise with complex salesforce mapping and large teams onto a platform like Jotform.

    But thank you for your support. I don’t believe I need a response if you send me to the same websites and before.

    Hi Ruan,

    I am not sure - I submitted two forms - one from my workspace and received a response several days ago on a different thread and this one from the Pricing page by clicking on the button that said "contact sales"

    I am a consultant and am building an integrated architecture for a large healthcare organization and would love to speak to sales and get an idea on deployment, investment for complex bi-di mapping with salesforce, etc.
