Hi there!
I hope i can explain this properly.
We use this program for camp registration, and 2 of our camps had filled up and we did not have space for more campers, so i changed the name of one of the selections to indicate as such. However, now we have had a cancellation and i am trying to find an easy way to add someone from the new selection that reads "Junior Camp Waitlist (Camp is full)", to the old "Junior Camp - July 15-19" but it is now grayed out. Wonder if there is a way to make it a simple change back for future application?

Hi EstevanBibleCamp,
I understand you changed one of the option in the Multiple Choice element before, but now you want to restore the old option in Jotform table to the form filler who submitted using the new option. You can change the form filler's choice to the old option in Jotform table by adding first the old option in the Multiple choice element. Let me show you how:
1. Open your form in Form Builder, scroll down and select the Multiple Choice element.
2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the element to open Multiple Choice properties, and click on the Options tab.
3. In the Options box, add the old option together with the existing options.
Now you can edit submissions directly within the cell in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the cell you want to change.
2. Add the old option, and delete the new option as answer. That's it.
Keep in mind that you can't change submissions that have signed documents because of their legal binding feature:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
