Hi,
I am working with a multi form process that prefils subsequent forms. In our trails it seems to work well most of the time. But sometimes, the final form in the flow is blank, It seems like this happens when multiple flows are being processed at the same time. I thought that maybe it was just a rendering issue, but the final pdf also looks unfillled. -

Hi hsgcompliance,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What specific fields are not being filled out and show as empty fields in the PDF submission? Can you share examples and scenarios on how the form should be filled out, and the outcome based on the workflow connected to your forms? How frequent does this happen, and on what occasions/cases? And to make sure we're looking at the correct form (main form), are you talking about this form? If not, you can share with us the form's link or URL so we can properly check it on our end. It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.

Ok I was able to recreate the Bug. Our workflow looks like this:
Form to designate job duties with new employee ->
-> (prefill: employee name, Job tasks) Timesheet sent to employee ->
-> (prefill: time works, job tasks, employee name) Timesheet Review Sent to Supervisor.
Then it is my job to go back into our submission inbox and resubmit the first form to start the flow over again. This triggers the second form to be sent out to the employee, but it appears to be blank (without prefill) -

Hi hsgcompliance,
I checked your account and saw that you have multiple forms. To help us investigate this further, can you share the link to the form where you're experiencing the issue? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.
