I do not receive Password Reset Email Notifications

    I am unable to log in to my account. I have requested to reset my password several times, but I never receive the email. I have checked both my junk and regular inboxes.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you forward the email you're trying to log in with? Since you open this ticket using a guest account, note Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. I would recommend signing up using the same email. If you are referring to another Jotform account, please provide the email address or username, and we will check the status to see why you are having difficulties logging into the account.
