Time Sensitive: Account Reactivation

    I'm being told I need to complete the KYC process as it's required for forms that collect sensitive information. I was also told that I can typically find it in the email titled "Action Required: Your forms will be disabled if you won't provide us with some key information." However, I was NEVER sent this email. I am about to give a big presentation in less than 3 hours where the link will be used to collect payments. I need this resolved as quickly as possible because I didn't know my account was suspended until I randomly logged in. I wasn't even given any notification of this by email.
