How to keep the account on a Starter Plan but retain all of forms and data?

    Is it possible to just keep the account on a free version but retain all of our forms and data?

    Hi Angela,

    If you want to still keep your account and retain your data, you have to Cancel Your Subscription instead of deleting your account, but note that a Starter plan has different limits from your current plan which you can see on the Pricing page. Your other forms will be deactivated to follow the limits for a Starter account and exceeding the Submissions limit deletes the oldest form entry to make room for the new submission. To avoid losing data, Download your Form SubmissionsCheck out our guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits to learn more about this. If you want to proceed to cancel your subscription instead, let me show you how to do it, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the information.

    Before we go ahead and do this we would like to request some assistance with downloading our account data. We have been in the progress of doing so for the past two weeks but it has not completed in that timeframe. Could you assist us?
