I've had people fill out a form but not book an appointment. I dont want any form submissions without them booking time.
However, I'm not sure if it is possible to require that an appointment be booked via the calendly widget.

Hi terrencebrannon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At this time, Jotform doesn’t have a built-in way to verify or enforce a Calendly booking directly from within the form, since the Calendly widget acts as an embedded external tool and doesn’t directly send booking data back to Jotform. But to make sure that users can book using the Calendly widget is to add to your form and allow users to book appointments on your Calendly calendar. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left side of the page.
2. In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
3. Search for the Calendly widget, click on it or drag and drop to add it to your form.
4. Paste your Calendly Event URL.
5. Select the Name field on your form that you want to pass to the Name field in Calendly.
6. Select the Email field on your form that you want to pass to the Email field in Calendly.
7. Then, click the Update button.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. Select Redirect to an external link after submission.
4. Paste your Calendly event URL in the URL box.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

What you are saying is incorrect. You can enforce booking time on the calendar as this screenshot shows.

Hi Terrence,
Thank you for providing additional clarification along with the screenshot. Yes, you're absolutely correct—based on the information you've shared. The booking time on the calendar can indeed be enforced through the Calendly widget by setting the field as required. This is a great feature, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. By enabling this setting, users will need to book an appointment via the Calendly widget before they can complete the form submission.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
