I'm currently trying to submit a contract, but it's saying "something went wrong" but it's not specifying what is wrong with the document. I need help troubleshooting what to do next.

Hi Hr434_hr,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to a Jotform Sign Document or a form? If you're referring to a form, so that we can investigate the issue further? Let me show you where to find the link to your form:
1. While on the Form Builder, click the Publish button.
2. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your Form URL.
1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Share with Link.
3. Now, select the role that will start the signing flow from the Dropdown menu.
4. If there are multiple signers, enter their details and click on Create Link.
5. Then, click on Copy Link, and you're ready to share your document.
You can also check out our guide about How to Send a Document for Signature With Jotform Sign for more information.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Hr434_hr,
Since I wasn't able to replicate this error on my side, this may be a temporary issue. Can you make a new try and if the issue stills, can you share with us a screenshot of the Console Report of your browser?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to better understand what's happening and to help you with this.
