HI! I HAVE A form called ELEMENT W . In the first page they say whom they are answering about, so each person responds with respect to another person. I would like to pull both people together on a second form or on a pdf report. That is if John A. answers his with Laura B. in mind and Laura B. Answers it for John A, I would like to be able to make calculations and reports with BOTH their responses. Is this possible?

This is also true of another form I use, ELEMENT B, where I would like to be able to use specific responses in other forms. For example, the Element B scores I now have people put them into their Element W responses so they can be used in calculations. If that was automatic it would be much better. I would need the scores for the same person to come from her responses in the other form (connected forms)

Hi Monica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible. When prefilling a form, you can only select one source per prefill link. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.Reach out again if you need any other help.
