I am linking from my web site to the form. After the form is signed, I need it sent as a PDF to three email addresses. How can I accomplish this? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Alvin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that the signed Jotform Sign document will automatically send an email to the document owner and to the signee.
But, if you're referring to how to send the completed Sign document and the signature request to a different email address, you can do that under the Options tab. Let me show you how:
- In Sign Builder, click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Under the Send to Sign, click the Send Documents to Sign.
3. Under the Send to Sign, click on Options tab.
4. Lastly, enter the email addresses in the CC Recipient section.
Once completed, all signers will receive an email with an attachment where they can download the PDF of their signed document. Also, the person you CC'd will be able to receive an email with the filled document.

Thanks. That answers one question.
My second requirement is that the email sent are PDF. How can I accomplish that ? -

Hi Alvin,
Once the Sign Document is completed, all signers will receive an email with a downloadable PDF copy of the signed document attached. If you're referring to something else, let us know, and we'll figure out a solution.
