Need help deleting Jotform account

I'm trying to delete my Jotform account, but the instructions provided don't work. I need further assistance to complete this process.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked, and your account is a Form User account, which means, it may have been created when you filled out a form. I am unable to delete it, what I can do is convert it to a Starter account, then delete it.
