Dear folks,
The notification I receive for a (Monday Supper featured artist) filled out Jotform comes in an odd font (a Greek like thing). Can I change the sending font? Interestingly, this does not happen with all of my forms – just one in particular. I'm not sure how this happened.
Thanks for your guidance.
Linnea
PS: this will not allow me to upload a screenshot, saying that it's an invalid file name.

Hi Linnea,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form on my end, but I can't replicate the issue. I received the notification email with a readable font. Check out the image below:
It might be the user submitted the form using a Greek language which is why it appears that way. Can you try using another platform of taking a screenshot and send it to us so we can understand the issue better? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Thanks for this. My colleague receives these emails as well, and did not have the same problem. So I am suspecting that the problem is with my outlook email app. What app is the default sending app for Jotform, by the way?
What's weird here is that some of our question fields are in regular readable font and some are Greek. Please believe me when I say that my form filler person did not write in actual Greek!
Grateful for any insights.

Hi Linnea,
I checked your Notification Email, and it seems that the issues is within the email body:
What you can do is delete your Notification Email, then create a new one. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

LinneaGoodReplied on April 14, 2025 at 3:05 PMThanks. Done. And I will keep in mind, for future reference, that deleting an old template and starting again is a good way to problem solve.
Super clear instructions. Not every app gives us help that is this good.
