Adding a N/A option for a mandatory question that uses Likert scale

I would like to use mandatory questions using Likert scale. Is it possible to insert a Non/Applicable (N/A) option if the person cannot respond to the question? I realize that another I could make the question non-mandatory, but I want to make sure the user does not miss the question by accident. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an N/A option in the Scale Rating field element. The options are based on a range between the lowest and highest value specified in the field property. Instead of Scale Rating field, you can use the input table element rather.
